Vegg Korma
Ingredients Required :
1tbsp vegetable oil
1onion,chopped
3cardamom pods
2tbsp ground cumin and coriander
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1green chilli,chopped
1garlic clove,crushed properly
Ginger pieces,finely chopped vegetables, chopped carrots,potato,cauliflower
200g frozen peas
200ml yogurt
3tbsp ground almonds
Method :
Heat the oil in large pan.Cook onion with the dry spices over a low heat for 5-6min till the onion is slightly golden.Next add chilli,garlic and ginger and cook for 2min.Now mix the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.After it is cooked properly remove it from heat and stir through the yogurt and ground almonds,add coriander with basmati rice or naan bread .Now veg korma is ready to eat,serve it hot.
