Home made Bread

Bake Bread

Ingredients Required
1kg strong bread flour
 30g butter, softened
30 ml sunflower oil, plus extra for greasing
25g salt
35g yeast

Methods
Firstly put the dough hook into an electric mixer and add flour, butter, oil and salt to the mixer bowl. Mix to combine. Crumble the yeast into 45ml water, stir and when the yeast has melted, pour it into the flour.  Add up to 175ml additional warm water if the dough is too stiff. It is always best to hold back a little water and add it if necessary, rather than pour it all in and have to add extra flour .Make it uniform for 8 minutes in medium speed or until the dough soft and elastic. Lightly in bowl and pop the dough inside it .Cover with Clingfilm and store in the fried overnight.
When you are ready to bake the bread, remove however much of you want of the dough from the fridge and mould into shape on a piece of Bake-O-Glide or in tin. Let it rise in a warm place for about 45-60 minutes or until it has doubled i size.
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F, Bake the bread for 20minutes or until it sounds hollow when trapped on the underside. Cool on a wire rack .Now when your bread is read , then you can even use the drought with which you made the bread for making Pizza bases or flat breads .
