Ingredients Required:
1 cup paneer crumbled
½ cup onion chopped
½ cp tomatoes chopped
1 teaspoon chilli powder
¼ cup capsicum, chopped
2 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste
4 bread slices
2 tablespoon coriander
Method:
Take the oil in a non
stick pan and add the onion, now fry it well till it becomes brown .Add the
tomatoes, ginger, greenchilli, turmeric powder and chilli powder, and again fry
it well, fry it for 10 minutes .After this add capsicum and salt and heat it well
on High Temperature. After you have fried well all the ingredients add paneer
and mix well.
Now take the 4 slices of bread and grill it well for 5
minutes till it becomes crisp and light browned .Then divide the mixture into 4
equal parts and top the paneer bhuji on the toasts and garnish with the
coriander and serve immediately . Try this delicious recipe at home, you will
