MUFFINS
Ingredients Required
135g plain flour,sifted
1tsp baking powder
35g golden caster sugar
Pinch of salt
1egg
50ml sunflower oil
85ml milk
80g blueberries
80g raspberries
Preheat the oven to 200C/gas mark 6.Line6 muffin tin with
muffin paper.
In a large bowl,thoroughly mix together all the
ingredients.Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin,fill the papers to the
top.Bake for20-25 minutes or until they are golden.To test if they are cooked
in the middle,insert the point of knife –if it comes out clean,they are ready
to eat, if the mixture is still loose,put them back in the oven for a few more
minutes.Remove from tin and cool on a wire rack.
Rap in clingfilm or a place in a freezer to freeze it.Now
your Yummy!!! Muffinis ready to eat .You can have it in the morning when you
wake up and refresh your taste bud and your mood . you can freeze this muffin
for 1 month .this was the recipe for 6 muffins , depending n the number of
muffins you have to make , increase the quantity of ingredients .
