Ingredients Required
How to make Pizza Dough
40g fresh yeast
125ml milk, at room temperature
175ml hand-hot-water
300g flour, sifted
40g strong plain flour, sifted
3g salt
Olive oil for greasing the bowl
Pizza toppings:
Good thick tomato sauce
Cheese, thinly sliced
Large basil leaves
Method of making:
Proof the yeast with milk and water by crumbling the
yeast into the liquid and leaving for 10 minutes. Mix the yeast with the sifted
flour and knead for 10 minutes-the dough should be sticky, Add more flour if
necessary. Whatever happen, you must not end up with stable dough-it should be
threatening to stick to the bowl. Let it rise in an oiled bowl in a warm place
for about 1 hour until doubled in size .Shape half the dough into a pizza
shape-pull ad stretch it, but do not roll.
Let it rise for about 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180C.
Spoon on about 2 tablespoon of tomato sauce and spread
out over the pizza dough. Scatter over the basil, and then cover with mozzarella.
Put on to a hot pizza stone or heavy baking sheet and bake for 15inutes .Now
your home made pizza is ready to eat, take the delight having pizza.
